Residential Concrete

From the total package to one piece at a timefoundation work.

My father bought his first set of 8-foot aluminum concrete forms in 1975 and soon realized the superiority of poured concrete for foundation and other walls. Since then I have purchased a new set of 9-foot aluminum wall forms with a textured brick pattern. We are now able to Pour 8 foot and 9-foot basement foundations to better suit customer’s needs. Poured concrete is substantially stronger and much less likely to leak water. It is also much more versatile, meaning we can form odd shapes and do many things other foundation materials struggle with.

I, Ray Lunger, am a member of the Concrete Foundations Association.  CFA www.cfawalls.org This is a network of poured wall contractors from all over this continent that share ideas and solutions to everyday problems. (We keep each other on the cutting edge). We use some of the latest technologies in laying our foundations:

Total station, a surveying instrument for construction layout for most projects.
